About

Welcome to The Oh Ana Shop!

I'm Ana, the hands and heart behind the scenes. I design and sew my in-house clothing collection entirely from vintage fabrics and revamped vintage sewing patterns. I strongly believe the most beautiful textiles already exist, and they deserve a second life far from a landfill.

My work lives somewhere between a 1970s calico fever dream and a Renaissance faire. Expect mixed prints (the more, the better), corset dresses, patchwork, quilted textures, crochet lace salvaged from doilies and tablecloths, and hand-embroidered vintage workwear jumpsuits that tell a story. Every piece is thoughtfully slow, designed, constructed, and embroidered by me, using only second-hand materials.

Thematically, I'm drawn to folklore and human rights, and the space where they meet. Much of my work asks: what do modern events look like through the eyes of a folk tale? I find deep inspiration in the 1960s youth counterculture, a movement that turned handmade, personal, bohemian fashion into an act of resistance against mass production and conformity. That spirit lives in every piece I make.

This is wearable art, made with love.
